3. Products and Handcrafted Accuracy

Unique nature: We do our best to display the colors, textures and finishes of our pieces as accurately as possible in the online store's photos. Because these products are 100% handcrafted and handmade, the customer accepts that each piece is unique and may show slight variations in tone or imperfections characteristic of human craftsmanship. These particularities do not constitute a manufacturing defect; they are the seal of authenticity of handwork and in no case compromise the quality, strength or structural safety of the product.
Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

3.1 Proper Use, Care and Washing

Our premium textile products and macramé finishes require special care. The warranty will be automatically void if the product shows damage resulting from:

Improper washing methods (use of industrial washing machines or aggressive spin cycles on delicate pieces).
Use of reactive chemicals, bleach or chlorine.
Direct and prolonged exposure to the elements (rain, extreme humidity or constant direct sun) that deteriorates the natural fibers, unless the product listing specifies high-resistance outdoor use.
Tears or mechanical damage caused by pets, clothes hooks, hardware or exceeding the permitted weight.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our hammocks are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change or interruption of the Service.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store located at the domain hamacasartesanales.co.

6. Shipping and Returns
